This is the perfect vacation rental for your family: affordable and very nice with lots of extras! The home is located just 800' from the beach down a paved path (not a road)! We are also conveniently located just a short walk from many restaurants and shops. Very, very safe for families, with the nice new path to the ocean and the great fenced in back yard with a swing set & slide, plenty of space to run around, a volleyball court, horseshoes and grills. The large pool is surrounded by a huge pool deck with a hot tub and plenty of gathering space. The lighted basketball area is perfect for active vacationers, and lots of deck space can be found around the home to enjoy the beautiful Outer Banks weather.
For 2023 Free Pool Heat is included with your stay from 4/1/23-6/10/23 and 9/2/23 to 10/6/23. Available during other weeks for an additional $250 pool heat fee. The pool heat will only work if the air temp is 60 degrees and is only capable of heating the pool to 10 degrees above the ambient air temperature.
